BREATHE THE FRESH SEA  AIR - all year round. 
Take a leisurely 'Promenade', run or cycle along Bognor Regis and Littlehampton seafronts (and the Harbour and River Arun Riverside Walkway in Littlehampton) or the village beaches of Felpham, Aldwick, Pagham, Rustington and East Preston, where it's not usually quite so busy - great for social distancing!

Littlehampton has a great Town Trail to follow on your daily exercise. Download, print or save to your smartphone to help you learn about the town, while out and about. 
Slindon Estate is 1,400 hectares of woodland, downland, farmland, and parkland. With countless historic landscape features and its unspoilt Sussex village, there is something for every visitor.
The South Downs is a beautiful place to explore at any time of the year, but there’s something really special about enjoying a walk in the countryside in the autumn and winter months, with misty mornings and the crunch of frosted fallen leaves under your feet. There’s plenty of space to walk, run and cycle safely in the great outdoors of the South Downs National Park while social distancing. Did you know the National Park has over 3,300km of rights of way?

The following attractions may be sadly closed during the current national lockdown (March 2021) but are great locations to enjoy outside in the fresh air, as and when restrictions are eased.

Some locations are beginning to open for outdoor exercise, so please check their individual websites, social media or contact them by phone or email for current information and their individual 'roadmap' plans .

Beautiful restored and creative gardens in the grounds of West Dean College of Arts and Conservation, near Chichester. Booking essential.
The museum is currently closed (March 2021) but plans are underway for re-opening, late March / early April 2021.
