South Downs National Park Astrophotography Competition

Entries close at midnight on Sunday 10 January 2021.

The National Park are looking for your photos in three categories; 'South Downs Dark Skyscapes', 'Living Dark Skies' and 'Our Magnificent Moon';- ahead of the Dark Skies Festival in February 2021.

12 - 28 February 2021

Draw comfort and inspiration from the exceptional nightscapes of the South Downs, where it is still possible to see the wonder of the Milky Way from the darkest spots of the National Park.

During the two-week South Downs Dark Skies Festival there will be talks and tips on how you can experience the wonderful starscapes the South Downs National Park for yourself, where to go and what to do to make the most of your night adventure.
