You’re never far away from a magnificent view in Sussex by the Sea, whether it’s the stunning coastline, the classic South Downs countryside or the charm of the seaside. But there are plenty of man-made attractions and events too. From cathedrals and classical concerts, to clown conventions and crazy golf – the welcoming Sussex by the Sea region really does cater for all tastes.

You will be spoilt for choice with Arundel attractions. The town's skyline is dominated by the turrets of Arundel Castle and the meandering River Arun plays host to leisurely boat trips.

Along with it's stunning beaches, Littlehampton's attractions include fun rides at Harbour Park, Littlehampton Swinmming & Sports Centre, Marina, Windmill Entertainment Centre and The Look and Sea Visitor Centre!

The coast is one of the main Bognor Regis attractions, along with the famous family resort of Butlins. The town also boasts a wealth of traditional attractions including the Local History & Wireless Museum and Arun Leisure Centre, all designed to cater for all ages and interests.

The nearby inland attractions are well worth visiting too, with Amberley Museum, Fontwell Park Racecourse, Parham House and Gardens, West Dean Gardens, the Weald & Downland Open Air Museum, Bignor Roman Villa and Hollycombe Steam in the Country and of course the newly formed South Downs National Park. Or see Sussex as you have never seen them before and take a Scenic Flight.

Sporty types are spoilt for choice too, with golf, horse-riding, windsurfing, kite-surfing, jet-skiing, tennis, bowls and much, much more. Swimming can be enjoyed not only in the sea, but in the heated  pools at Arundel, Bognor Regis and Littlehampton.

At the sun begins to set, there’s a wealth of places to eat where you can discover menus packed with everything from modern European cuisine to traditional beer-battered fish and chips, with many places offering locally-sourced produce and fish straight from the boats.
