Shopping in Bognor Regis, Sussex

A resort steeped in history, the residents of 1920s Bognor Regis would eagerly await a glimpse of King George V and Queen Mary who frequented the town to shop.
Just a stone’s throw away from the beach is the Edwardian Arcade, which once boasted a commissionaire on duty to the entrance, resplendent in his gold-braided uniform.
Today, the arcade offers an array of independent shops with some bargains to be found.
The town also caters for the fashion conscious with many budget-friendly popular high-street stores and coffee shops and cafes dotted in-between for when tired feet need to take a break.
And not forgetting the wealth of souvenir shops to explore packed with postcards, sticks of rock, and kiss-me-quick hats to bring back fond seaside memories when you return home.
