Rose Awards are given to individual caravans where the overall holiday parks services and facilities provide very good or exceptional levels of quality.

the AA also give special awards such as Red Stars (AA Inspector's Choice) and Yellow Stars to indicate that an establishment is within the upper 10% of the quality score range for a three, four or a five-Star guest accommodation.

Confirm your accommodation booking at no extra cost, in one of three ways.

Real time bookings - Confirmed allocation of rooms with near instant confirmation. The full rate is paid by you to the provider, via your credit/debit card at the time of booking.

Confirmed availability - if the provider has allocated confirmed room(s) to this site, full confirmation details will be e.mailed to you and a 5% (inc.VAT) non returnable deposit will be deducted from your credit / debit card on booking. This amount will be deducted form your final bill by the accommodation provider.

Unconfirmed availability - Your enquiry will be sent to the accommodation provider and will be accepted or declined within 24 hours. If accepted, a (5% inc.VAT) non-returnable deposit will be deducted from your credit / debit card on booking. This amount will be deducted form your final bill by the accommodation provider. If declined, you will be re-directed to the Where to Stay Page to try again.

If you can't get to one of our Visitor Information Centres just telephone with your requirements and credit /debit card* details and we will try to make the booking for you (subject to availability).* Please note there may be a small transaction charge for this service.
